If you think you've found a bug, please write as much relevant information as possible in your e-mail. That will help us to locate and fix the problem as quickly as possible. Try to add the following information in your e-mail in case of a bug report:

Operating system, like Windows XP or Windows Vista or Windows Mobile 6
Installed service pack of the operating system, like SP3
Version of .NET Framework, like 2 SP2
Amount of RAM memory
Screen in which the error occured (for example the main screen or the screen in which you can define your own location)
Text of the error-message, if any
